Dear Liz - Dear Liz,

I always get conflicting advice from my friends and salespeople about appropriate pant lengths for me (I'm petite - 5' 2"). I have heard I shouldn't wear cropped pants from some and other say cropped styles are more flattering on shorter frames. What's your advice? Are cropped pants ok for petite women?

Cropped pants are absolutely ok for petite women so long as they'e cut narrowly on the leg. When they're wide or too flared is where you can get in trouble. Pair your cropped pants with chic flats and you'll look so Audrey Hepburn!"
