Default Getting good sleep

Personally, I like winter. One of reasons is that I can sleep well. As the whether changes and gets warmer, I have a difficult time getting good sleep. Is there a solution to this problem?

I can't stand winter. The hotter it is, the better it is for me.
I live in the Northeast US where it has been getting really cold lately, but if I had a choice, I would probably settle in Florida or somewhere in Southern California.

I used to live in Southern California. I also lived in New York. I take New York any day ...

You could always try using melatonin. it helps some people to sleep, and some people just gives a vivid dreams.

For me, the weather is not a factor when I am thinking hard about something, insomnia kicks in and the only time that I can get a good night sleep is when I am at peace and not thinking about any problem.

I agree with cutemitch, peace of mind can give a sound sleep. I also suggest having a warm bath and warm milk before tucking to sleep. It also helps to pray so your mind would be release from tensions and other worries.
